Water Damage and Mold Remediation

This Garden Grove home had a leak in their roof near an exterior wall.  This leak had been occurring for some time without the customer knowing about it.  The wall was heavily affected by the leak even causing some mold damage.  We packed the contents and stored while the services were performed and even did the reconstruction and got the room back to even greater shape than before.  Containment was placed separating the unaffected areas from affected areas so mold spores don't spread.  Mold remediation was performed and water mitigation to dry out the remaining wall.  Customer was very pleased with how the room turned out and having the water roof leak fixed.
